Our  vacation rental at The Fountain features a well-appointed deluxe junior one bedroom condo.  Features include saturnia marble flooring, floor to ceiling marble shower, fully equipped European-style granite top kitchen with stove top, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave oven, as well as in-suite washer and dryer. Unit boasts designer décor with queen-size bed, we provide high-speed internet as a courtesy, and a 40" flat-screen Visio SmartTV. The Fountain is an  intimate and private oasis located in a quiet neighborhood south from 5th street in South Point – South Miami Beach – 7 min. walk to the beach or to Ocean Dr. Its three rejuvenated Art Deco structures have been entered into the National Registry of historic buildings. The Fountain also features a heated pool, a rarity in the historic Art Deco district, as well as a landscaped courtyard patio area which features a gas grill and picnic table to enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner. 

Bike rental is available near the property (at the corner of Euclid and 3rd) and the area is popular for snorkeling and biking.
